Judge Who Freed Charlotte Suspect EXPOSED!

Questions are mounting in Charlotte, North Carolina, not only about the man accused of fatally stabbing 23-year-old Ukrainian national Iryna Zarutska on a light rail train but also about the judge who allowed him back into the community months earlier.

The suspect, Decarlos Brown Jr., had been released by Magistrate Judge Teresa Stokes in January after being charged with a Class 1 misdemeanor. Brown’s previous incident “arose after [he] became combative with police officers,” according to a letter sent by ten U.S. representatives to North Carolina Chief Judge Roy H. Wiggins. The judge reportedly allowed Brown to go free on the condition he submit a “written promise” to return to court for his hearing.

Brown, a diagnosed schizophrenic, told officers that “man-made” implants had been placed in him and were controlling his behavior. Authorities reportedly told him he was experiencing a medical emergency and left the scene. Brown then dialed 911 again and was ultimately charged for misusing the emergency line, a Class 1 misdemeanor, according to the Washington Examiner.
