Josh Hawley Catches FDA in a Massive Lie!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“FDA had promised to do a top-to-bottom safety review of the chemical abortion drug, but instead they’ve just greenlighted new versions of it for distribution. I have lost confidence in the leadership at FDA,” Hawley continued.

According to the official FDA approval letter sent to Evita Solutions, the decision was signed off on September 30 — with no press release, no media briefing, and virtually no transparency.

If the FDA’s behavior wasn’t troubling enough, the company they just partnered with makes the situation even more concerning.

Evita Solutions describes its mission as an effort to “normalize abortion” and make it “accessible to all.” Their website boasts, “We believe that all people should have access to safe, affordable, high-quality, effective, and compassionate abortion care, regardless of their race, sex, gender, age, sexuality, income, or where they live.”

But critics have noticed what’s missing from that statement: the word “women.”

In an era when even companies producing drugs for female reproductive systems refuse to acknowledge that only women can get pregnant, Hawley says this is just another example of woke ideology infecting healthcare.

He blasted the FDA in a follow-up post for partnering with a company that “doesn’t even believe there is such a thing as a ‘woman.’”

Evita Solutions, which markets its abortion products under the banner of “choice” and “care,” now joins GenBioPro in producing the generic version of mifepristone — the abortion pill originally developed by Danco Laboratories.

What’s happening here, Hawley warns, isn’t about improving healthcare. It’s about pushing a radical political agenda — one that sacrifices women’s safety in the process.

Congress specifically requested a comprehensive safety review of chemical abortion drugs after numerous studies and reports revealed serious health risks, including heavy bleeding, infection, and undiagnosed ectopic pregnancies.

Under President Trump, safeguards were in place requiring that abortion pills be dispensed in person. Those rules ensured doctors could check for complications before the drugs were given out. But when President Biden took office, those protections were scrapped, allowing abortion pills to be prescribed online and shipped through the mail — without any in-person medical oversight.

Now, instead of tightening safety standards, the FDA is approving more versions of these dangerous drugs from companies that refuse to even use the word “women.”

While life-saving cancer treatments can take years to get approved, abortion pills are apparently on the fast track. The same agency that preaches about “following the science” seems more interested in following political marching orders from the Biden White House.

The pattern is clear: promise safety reviews, skip the science, and rubber-stamp whatever the abortion industry demands.

And the hypocrisy doesn’t stop there. The same bureaucrats who claim to care about women’s health are partnering with groups that erase women entirely from their language and messaging.

Senator Hawley says enough is enough. He’s demanding that the FDA return to the Trump-era safety standards and stop putting ideology ahead of science.

As he told Fox News Digital, “What needs to happen is the FDA needs to get in line with the president’s policy and put back into place the safety regulations President Trump had. Ditch the Biden approach and go back to President Trump’s approach.”

Hawley’s challenge is clear — will anyone else in Washington have the courage to stand up for women’s safety and hold the FDA accountable?

Because if this latest episode proves anything, it’s that the FDA is no longer protecting women. It’s protecting the abortion industry.
