Sanders must’ve forgotten who he was talking to. Joe Rogan doesn’t take kindly to political spin—and he wasn’t about to let Bernie slide.
The moment Sanders finished his tirade, Rogan leaned in and asked the one question that completely flipped the script:
“What’s the most someone donated towards the Harris campaign?”
Caught off guard, Sanders tried to dodge: “They spent a lot of money on her.”
But Rogan had the receipts.
“They spent $1.5 billion in the course of a couple of months,” Rogan fired back.
That one fact blew Sanders’ entire argument into pieces.
While Sanders was whining about Musk’s individual donation, he conveniently ignored that Kamala Harris’ campaign raised far more in a fraction of the time.
By September, Harris’ operation had already crossed the $1 billion mark. In the final stretch of the campaign, she raised $160 million and spent $277 million—from October 25 to November 25 alone.
Meanwhile, Trump’s campaign raised $87 million and spent $113 million during the same time.
It wasn’t even close. Democrats had more money, more donors, and more billionaire backers.
So where was Bernie’s outrage then?
Here’s the thing: Bernie only seems to care about big donors when they’re backing conservatives.
He’ll call out Elon Musk by name—again and again—but somehow always forgets to mention Democrat mega-donors like George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, or Tom Steyer.
In fact, Kamala Harris reportedly had support from thirty more billionaires than Donald Trump in 2024.
Did Bernie say a word about that? Of course not.
Mark Zuckerberg spent hundreds of millions supporting Democrat causes in 2020—but Sanders looked the other way.
The truth is, Bernie Sanders isn’t fighting billionaire influence. He’s just fighting Republican billionaires.
Joe Rogan’s simple question exposed everything fake about Sanders’ faux-populist routine. When money flows to the Left, Bernie stays quiet. When it flows to the Right—suddenly, it’s a national crisis.
After all the historic spending, the Harris campaign still ended up $20 million in debt. They spent absurd amounts on media ads and flashy mailers, only to lose decisively.
Sanders wants Americans to believe he’s standing up to oligarchy. But in reality, he’s just another cog in the Democrat money machine.
Joe Rogan didn’t need a long-winded speech. He just asked a question the corporate media won’t dare to: What about Democrat money?
Sanders had no answer—because there isn’t a good one.
He rails against billionaires on TV while his party pockets billions in campaign cash from the same elites he pretends to oppose.
The mask is off. Bernie Sanders isn’t a champion of the people—he’s a partisan hypocrite who only criticizes money in politics when it doesn’t help his side.
And thanks to Joe Rogan, the entire country saw it.
