ICE Just Stopped a Potential Terror Plot!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

In Locust, Alabama, ICE agents captured Ribvar Karimi, a former Iranian Army sniper who had entered the country on a K-1 visa in October 2024—reserved for foreign fiancés of U.S. citizens. Karimi never updated his immigration status, rendering him removable. Shockingly, he still carried a military ID from the Iranian Army when taken into custody.

One of the more disturbing apprehensions occurred in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, where ICE detained Yousef Mehridehno. He had been living in the U.S. illegally for nearly eight years and was officially added to the terror watchlist in February. Officials previously terminated his lawful permanent residency in 2017 after uncovering lies on his visa application and possible marriage fraud.

A DHS report released Tuesday confirmed the scale and seriousness of the operation:
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested 11 Iranian nationals illegally in the United States over the weekend. ICE also arrested a U.S. citizen who threatened to kill ICE law enforcement while harboring an illegal alien from Iran. The weekend arrests reflect the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) commitment to keeping known and suspected terrorists out of American communities.”

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a bold statement backing the operation:
“Under Secretary Noem, DHS has been full throttle on identifying and arresting known or suspected terrorists and violent extremists that illegally entered this country, came in through Biden’s fraudulent parole programs or otherwise… We proactively deliver on President Trump’s mandate to secure the homeland.”

In Houston, ICE arrested Behzad Sepehrian Bahary Nejad, a man with a violent domestic assault record who had been ordered removed years earlier. At the time of his arrest, he had a loaded 9mm pistol. Similarly, another Houston arrest involved Hamid Reza Bayat, a repeat drug offender previously ordered removed in 2005.

In Tempe, Arizona, ICE arrested Mehrzad Asadi Eidivand, an Iranian national with a final removal order and prior convictions for threatening police and illegal firearm possession. He first entered the U.S. in 2012 and ignored a judge’s 2013 order to leave voluntarily. At the same location, a U.S. citizen, Linet Vartaniann, was also arrested for threatening to “shoot ICE officers in the head” while shielding Eidivand from law enforcement.

ICE agents also arrested two Iranian men in Colorado Springs—Mahmoud Shafiei and Mehrdad Mehdipour. Shafiei had been ordered removed in 1987 and carried a rap sheet including assault, child abuse, and federal drug charges. Mehdipour was caught last year near the Rio Grande but had remained in the U.S.

In San Francisco, ICE detained Bahman Alizadeh Asfestani, a 62-year-old Iranian with convictions for petty theft and drug sales, including a 10-year state prison sentence.

ICE Buffalo arrested 65-year-old Mohammad Rafikian, convicted of multiple white-collar crimes including grand larceny and impersonating a lawyer. In San Diego, 57-year-old Arkavan Babk Moirokorli was arrested for forging official seals.

Many of these men had slipped through the cracks of the immigration system, often by overstaying visas or abusing parole and fiancé programs. Their extensive criminal histories—ranging from domestic abuse and drug trafficking to terrorism links—underscore just how compromised national security has become under current policies.

The American public is urged to report criminal activity or suspicious immigration behavior by calling 866-DHS-2-ICE (866-347-2423) or submitting information via ICE’s online tip form.

This chilling roundup proves what many conservatives have warned: America’s open-border approach has welcomed not just the tired and poor, but also criminals and enemies. The threat is real, and it’s already inside the gate.
