But this week, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries finally let the mask slip — and what he said should alarm every American who believes in constitutional government.
Jeffries sat down with MSNBC’s Chris Hayes to discuss the indictment of New York Attorney General Tish James. What should have been a conversation about due process quickly turned into something far darker.
Instead of defending impartial justice, Jeffries openly threatened former Trump officials with prosecutions the moment Democrats return to power.
“There are so many different corrupt sychophants within the Trump administration, including, but not limited to, within the Department of Justice,” Jeffries declared.
