Heritage Foundation fellow Max Primorac, who served as USAID’s chief operating officer under President Donald Trump, revealed the extent of the agency’s corruption during an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity.
“[USAID] funded activities for Ukrainian models, for junkets to New York City, London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Women’s Attire Company, Fashion Design House, and I can keep going,” Hannity said. “On top of DEI, wokeism, transgenderism, radical New Green Dealism, it’s pretty amazing that they’re defending this.”
Rather than promoting traditional American values like freedom and democracy, USAID has been spreading a radical leftist ideology abroad.
“Yeah, it is, and it’s done America extreme harm overseas,” Primorac explained. “When you now, you talk about American values in places like Asia, and Africa, and Latin America, people run for the hills, because they associate American values with this kind of woke ideology, with transgender surgeries, with climate alarmism, with abortion.”
While China expands its influence by building infrastructure through its Belt and Road Initiative, Democrats have reduced USAID to a propaganda machine.
The agency has funded hip-hop contests in Kazakhstan and published transgender comic books in South America—efforts that do nothing to advance America’s standing in global politics but serve only to further leftist causes.
“It’s done tremendous harm, and the national security implications from them are very severe, especially when we’re trying to compete against Communist China, who doesn’t do this sort of thing,” Primorac stated.
After USAID’s corruption was exposed, President Donald Trump made the bold decision to shut it down. Predictably, the left is in full meltdown mode.
Hannity pointed out how hostility toward both Trump and Musk has escalated dramatically in response.
“You know, now we’re hearing from them, Elon Musk is getting death threats, and he’s being F-Elon, and F-Trump,” Hannity stated. “You know, these are the same people that have been fixated on January 6th for years and years, ignoring the fact that Donald Trump was willing to call up guard troops, ignoring he said peacefully, patriotically, all of that, and ignoring the 574 riots that killed dozens of Americans, injured thousands of cops, and caused billions of property damage.”

Former U.S. Senator Scott Brown (R-MA) weighed in on the legacy media’s refusal to cover these escalating attacks on Trump and Musk.
“Yeah, Sean, I’m just amazed at the speed and progress which the President has done his job,” Brown replied. “It’s so refreshing, and there were those after January 6th that wrote him off, but he was a one-time President. He had four years of law fair, and he’s come back more hungry and organized than I’ve ever seen anybody.”
Brown added, “And I tell you what, I wake up every day thinking how lucky we are that we have him, because look what he’s done with the border. Look what he’s done with trying to end the war.”
Trump’s move to dismantle USAID has sent shockwaves through the political establishment, exposing just how deep the rot runs. As he continues to challenge Washington’s entrenched bureaucracy, Democrats are panicking, realizing their control over these corrupt institutions is slipping away.
The American people are watching closely, and with every move Trump makes, the left’s grip on power weakens. The USAID scandal is just another example of why they fear him so much—and why voters are rallying behind him once again.
