Fox News host Laura Ingraham is one of Donald Trump’s most loyal media allies, but that didn’t stop her from pushing back when she felt his latest comments on China didn’t align with the America First agenda.

During a recent cabinet meeting, Trump spoke about the potential for economic collaboration with Communist China, sparking immediate debate. The former president suggested that allowing Chinese investment in the U.S. would be beneficial for the economy, stating, “I see so many things saying that we don’t want China in this country. That’s not right. We want them to invest in the United States. That’s good. That’s a lot of money coming in. And we’ll invest in China.”

Those comments didn’t sit well with Ingraham, who was quick to point out the dangers of China’s growing presence in America. She reminded her audience that China has a long track record of stealing intellectual property and buying up critical U.S. assets, including farmland and businesses.
