In a shocking development, a 62-year-old Pennsylvania resident is now facing federal charges, accused of voter fraud that spans multiple elections and states. The U.S. attorney’s office in Philadelphia announced the indictment of Philip C. Pulley of Huntingdon Valley on August 9, revealing a disturbing pattern of alleged illegal voting during both the 2020 presidential election and the 2022 midterms.
Pulley’s alleged crimes are a direct attack on the integrity of the U.S. electoral system. Federal prosecutors claim that he engaged in voter fraud by casting ballots in both Pennsylvania and Florida during the 2020 presidential election. Even more concerning, Pulley is accused of voting twice in Pennsylvania during the critical 2022 midterm elections, which included a contentious gubernatorial race and a pivotal U.S. Senate contest.

This registration came despite his existing voter registrations in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and Broward County, Florida. Federal prosecutors allege that after falsely registering in Philadelphia, Pulley requested and received a mail-in ballot, which he used to vote in both Montgomery County and Broward County.
