Famous Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz predicts with certainty that former President Donald Trump will be found guilty before the forthcoming general election in 2024.
The fourth wave of indictments against Trump resulted in 91 felony counts, according to The New York Times in August.
Dershowitz, who represented Trump during his initial impeachment trial, was recently questioned regarding the schedule of upcoming hearings.
“Oh yeah, that’s the problem,” he replied. “We’re going to have some convictions of Donald Trump because he’s being tried in districts where you can’t get a fair trial, and then these convictions will be reversed after the election.”
The prominent defense attorney stated, “The ambitious plan is to gain unfair convictions using immoral means, all in the objective of affecting the election. We are unconcerned with reversals post-election, as the desired impact will have already been achieved.
“So yeah, I think we’ll see some convictions.”
Dershowitz emphasizes the New York case where Trump was accused of fabricating financial records prior to the 2016 election.
“New York, they can convict a ham sandwich whose name is Trump,” he said.
Alan Dershowitz, a well-known attorney, asserts that comparable situations exist in Fulton County, Georgia. Donald Trump is being sued in this county by Democratic District Attorney Fani Willis for allegedly trying to sway the results of the 2020 presidential election there.

Introducing Jack Smith, the special counsel selected by the Justice Department under the Biden administration. Trump has been charged with mishandling confidential information and seeking to sway the outcome of the 2020 election.
When Smith’s election subversion case and Bragg’s trial begin in March, thrilling legal battles are in store. Mark May on your calendars for the development of the classified documents lawsuit. Follow developments on Willis’ prosecution trial; there is no scheduled date at this time.
Dershowitz advises delaying the documents case until after the 2024 election because of the mountain of information defense lawyers will have to sort through.
A speedy trial against the former president is essential for the public interest, according to Judge Tanya Chutkan, who is presiding over the Trump election interference case.
“Defendant’s right to a speedy trial is clearly stated in the Constitution,” insisted Dershowitz.
“The defendant has the right to adequately prepare for a trial, but no lawyer can effectively do so within a few months when faced with the onerous task of analyzing 12 million pages of discovery.”
“This trial definitely ought to be put off until after the election.”
He is correct.
Trump is being prosecuted in cases that appear to have more political than just motives.
If he weren’t vying for the presidency in 2024, Democrats wouldn’t have pursued these charges.
Hopefully, the American people will be able to see through this scheme for what it really is.
