She clarified, “It’s not about his age. There are many elderly people with bright brains, extraordinary intelligence, a thorough knowledge of history, and the capacity to steer our nation in the correct direction.
“So it’s not age. … It’s about his competency,” Lieberman continued. “If he took the test that I was offering him — this mini-mental status test, or some other kind of test of competency — there’s no way he would pass.”
She even stated that Biden would be unable to respond to the query, “Who is the president of the United States?”
