The Biden administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) quietly moved billions in taxpayer funds before former President Donald Trump returned to office.
Under President Joe Biden, the EPA established the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund—a $25 billion initiative created through the $1 trillion Inflation Reduction Act. The fund was designed to award grants for so-called “environmental justice” initiatives. However, critics argue it became a cash pipeline for Democrat-aligned groups.
