The proposed resolution, introduced by Senator Tim Kaine (D-Va.), seeks to end the national emergency Trump declared in response to the flow of illicit drugs, especially fentanyl, from Canada. As Fox News reported, the Senate is set to vote on Kaine’s resolution this afternoon.
