Dem in Hot Water After Tipping Off Migrants!

When asked if Ortiz’s behavior could lead to prosecution, McLaughlin responded bluntly: “This certainly looks like obstruction of justice.”

She also pointed to a staggering rise in danger faced by immigration officers, revealing that ICE and enforcement agents have endured “an 830 percent single-year increase in assaults.” McLaughlin stressed the seriousness of their work: “The men and women of ICE put their lives on the line every day to arrest violent criminal illegal aliens to protect and defend the lives of American citizens. Make no mistake, sanctuary politicians like Arizona Senator Analise Ortiz are contributing to the surge in assaults of our ICE officers through their repeated vilification and demonization of ICE.”

The controversy began after the popular conservative account “Libs of TikTok” posted a screenshot — reportedly from Ortiz’s own social media — showing an alert in both English and Spanish that read “ICE is present,” along with the exact location of federal agents. The account accused Ortiz of actively sabotaging immigration enforcement, writing, “Arizona State Senator Analise Ortiz (D) is actively impeding and doxxing ICE by posting their live locations on Instagram,” and called on DHS, ICE, and Border Czar Tom Homan to press charges.

Ortiz, however, wasn’t apologizing. Instead, she proudly confirmed her actions, saying, “Yep. When ICE is around, I will alert my community to stay out of the area.” She even addressed the possibility of legal consequences, declaring, “I’m not f*****g scared of you nor Trump’s masked goons.”

Her defiance drew a swift response from Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen, a Republican, who issued a statement condemning her behavior: “Public servants have a duty to uphold the law and respect those who enforce it, not undermine them.” Petersen said he has referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona for investigation, noting it “appears she may be in violation of federal law.”

Ortiz doubled down yet again, posting on X: “I will not be intimidated. I will alert our community to avoid the area when Trump’s masked thugs terrorize us all, regardless of citizenship. Trump doesn’t respect our laws nor our constitution. My duty is to keep people safe from his unconstitutional and authoritarian actions.”

The feud erupted as DHS carried out a major surprise enforcement action in Los Angeles. Dubbed “Operation Trojan Horse,” the Wednesday morning raid targeted illegal immigrants with suspected ties to MS-13, one of the most violent gangs in the world.

At around 7 a.m., near a Home Depot on Wilshire Boulevard by MacArthur Park — a known hub of criminal activity — undercover federal agents sprang from the back of a Penske moving truck, rushing toward a group gathered near a street food stand. Video from the scene shows the crowd scattering as agents moved in.

Sixteen individuals from Guatemala, Mexico, Honduras, and Nicaragua were taken into custody. While DHS did not immediately release full details of their criminal backgrounds, officials stressed that the area remains plagued by violent gang influence and poses an ongoing threat to public safety.

This latest clash between sanctuary-minded politicians and federal immigration enforcement underscores the widening divide over border policy — and raises serious questions about whether aiding illegal immigrants could soon land public officials in court.
