Debate No-Show: Trump Opts for Sunshine State Event!

Instead of hosting the third Republican primary debate, former president Donald Trump will organize a rally in South Florida, offering viewers an alternate programming option.

The Trump campaign has announced that it will hold a rally on November 8th in a stadium in Hialeah. This venue is ideally located only thirty minutes away from the opponent’s rally, which is being held at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. With his commanding advantage, Trump has often stated that he doesn’t think it’s necessary to run for government.

The following candidates have been officially confirmed for the third Republican presidential debate scheduled for November 8: businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, former governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina, senator Tim Scott of South Carolina, former governor Chris Christie of New Jersey, and governor Ron DeSantis of Florida.

As of November 3, three days before the Republican National Committee (RNC) deadline for debate qualification and 74 days before the Iowa caucuses, NTD reports that North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson, and Texas businessman/pastor Ryan Binkley are not allowed to participate in the debate.

Chris LaCivita, a senior counsel to the Trump team, suggests the RNC prioritize removing President Joe Biden from office in November 2024 above continuing the debates in order to save money.

Trump declared emphatically in his posts on Truth Social that the nomination race was over and that the debates were pointless. He cited his commanding advantage in polls as proof of his supremacy.

Trump’s amazing momentum in his 2024 presidential campaign has surpassed even his stellar results during the second quarter. He is still ahead of his Republican competitors, having received tens of millions of dollars in the third quarter.

The Trump campaign reports that $45.5 million was raised in Q3, setting a new record.

A press statement claims that the campaign has an astounding $37.5 million in cash on hand. In contrast, GOP Gov. Ron DeSantis, the front-runner in the polls, has only $5 million in funding for the ongoing primary.

The third quarter saw DeSantis’s campaign successfully raise $15 million. Robert Bigelow made a significant contribution of $20 million to a PAC that supports DeSantis. But in August, Bigelow voiced his worries, saying he would stop making donations going forward unless DeSantis took a more centrist position on issues of policy.

The Trump campaign stated the following in the release: “In an impressive testament to the overwhelming grassroots support behind President Trump that will lead to dominating victories, close to $36 million of the total cash on hand is designated for the primary.”

“While DeSanctus’ fundraising, like his poll numbers, has seen an exponential drop even from July, President Trump outraised his impressive $35 million haul in Q2 (which doubled Q1 fundraising) by more than $10 million,” the Trump campaign said.

“The Q3 numbers are even more impressive considering the summer months are usually when most campaigns experience lagging fundraising support,” the Trump campaign added. “President Trump and his campaign have completely shattered that notion.”

Even while Trump is gaining ground and is very certain to win the GOP nomination again, new polls show that in crucial swing states, he is either matching or outperforming President Biden.

Voters in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin participated in a poll conducted by Bloomberg/Morning Consult. According to the results, Trump was four percentage points ahead of Biden. The substantial dissatisfaction of the vice president’s economic management is the reason for this.

The poll indicates that Trump is currently leading Biden in a number of important states. Georgia, Arizona, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are all where he leads by five, four, two, and one points, respectively. However, Biden is now winning by three points in Nevada, while the two candidates are evenly balanced in the Michigan race.

The White House name for President Biden’s economic program, “Bidenomics,” has caused anxiety among nearly half of voters in the pivotal swing states, who fear bad consequences for the economy.

Nearly half of those who are still unsure of their decision—46 percent—think that Bidenomics will hurt the economy in the seven states that are included. In the meantime, 41% are either insufficiently informed on Bidenomics or are unsure about their position.

According to a recent survey, there has been a notable movement in the political landscape among voters. Of those who had previously resolved to vote in the 2020 presidential election, 14% now support Trump, are unsure, or will not vote at all.

Just 9% of Trump supporters from 2020 say they want to vote for Joe Biden in the next election (2024), indicating that the majority of them are still devoted to the candidate. In the meantime, a resounding 91% of Trump supporters are unwavering in their resolve to support him in the future.
