In a stunning abuse of judicial power, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has taken aim at the Trump Administration for doing what the Biden regime refuses to: enforcing immigration law and protecting Americans from violent foreign criminals.
On Wednesday, Boasberg—an Obama appointee—issued a 46-page opinion accusing Trump-era officials of criminal contempt for allegedly defying his order to halt deportation flights carrying members of Venezuela’s brutal Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang.
