A federal grand jury on Thursday presented an indictment against a Massachusetts couple for major financial crimes, including numerous counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and 17 different counts of wire fraud. In addition, Monica Cannon-Grant, 42, had to respond to the call on additional offenses like mail fraud and filing fake tax returns. Even her husband Clark Grant, who had been married to her for 39 years, was unable to escape prosecution because charges against mortgage lending companies were brought against him as well.

Violence in Boston, a married couple’s NGO, came to an end permanently in July 2022 after five years of making significant social, political, and economic progress throughout the world. With their innovative concepts and programs, they have impacted numerous communities and given people everywhere hope for the future.

Many attendees gathered in Boston in June 2020 to pay tribute to George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmad Arbery’s memories and legacy. Boston’s violence came together with neighborhood Black Lives Matter activists for a stirring protest that reverberated around the city.

Two activists were accused with a variety of misleading activities last year, including trying to defraud the Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (DUA) of money and defrauding Violence in Boston and its donors. They even made a daring theft attempt against a Chicago mortgage lender, but they quickly discovered that justice was served quickly as they were charged with 18 counts of criminal activity.

When Newsweek covered the Massachusetts girl Mikayla Miller’s suicide, Cannon-Grant was made aware of his involvement in a significant controversy. BLM activist Cannon-Grant wrongly listed an innocent girl’s ex-girlfriend as one of the perpetrators in this tragedy, despite her family having no connections to police enforcement, and falsely accused a group of white youths.

Their daughter, Miller’s ex-girlfriend and former best friend, had a difficult relationship with him. While at times being close friends, Miller’s home life’s turbulent atmosphere made things difficult.

Shortly before her untimely demise, Mikayla had unluckily been the victim of an argument with her ex and their friends. Despite initial skepticism, it was determined by phone records, security footage, toll records, and even the Massachusetts Chief Medical Examiner that the young girl had committed suicide—a tragedy that cannot be fathomed for those who knew her.

The controversy surrounding Cannon-allegations Grant’s caused several well-known people to come out in favor of her. Governor Charlie Baker was joined by Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley and Senator Elizabeth Warren in supporting the civil rights activist’s narrative. Civil rights lawyer Benjamin Crump also expressed his desire to help Mikayla’s family in this non-criminal situation.

Due to all the negative attention brought on Miller’s ex, Megan Anderson “says her teen daughter has been subjected to doxing, character assassination and relentless harassment because of the false accusations floated by activists.”

  1. Nothing will ever happen to the couple because they are activists in the BLM movement and will play every race card imaginable.
