Bondi made it clear: “You are removed from your position of Paralegal Specialist, GS-0950-11, Environmental Defense Section, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and from the federal service, effective immediately.”
What Happened on August 18
The first incident occurred the morning of August 18. Baxter arrived at the DOJ’s “4CON” building in Washington, D.C., at exactly 8:21 a.m. But before she even clocked in, she had already disgraced herself.
On her commute, she confronted a National Guard member at the Metro Center station, gave him the middle finger, and shouted, “Fck the National Guard.”*
She didn’t even try to hide it. Once inside the DOJ, she proudly told a security guard what she had done — like she thought it would earn her applause.
Later that same day, DOJ cameras caught her in the act again. At 12:18 p.m., she deliberately walked past National Guard members, flipped them off, and yelled, “Fck you!”*
A Repeat Offender
If that wasn’t bad enough, Baxter couldn’t resist repeating herself the following week. On August 25, she once again bragged to DOJ security staff that she despised the National Guard and told them to, “Fck off!”*
This wasn’t a mistake or a bad day. This was a clear pattern of unhinged behavior from someone who thought she was untouchable inside Biden’s Justice Department.
Bondi Cleans House
The New York Post was the first to report the firing, noting that Baxter’s dismissal comes right after Dunn’s disgraceful food-throwing stunt. Together, these incidents paint a disturbing picture of what’s going on behind closed doors at the DOJ.
Attorney General Bondi, however, is making it clear that this kind of conduct will not be tolerated. Unlike Biden’s weak leadership, Bondi isn’t afraid to hold radicals accountable — even inside her own department.
Why This Matters
The National Guard isn’t the enemy. These are men and women who put their lives on the line to defend the American people. For a government employee — paid by your tax dollars — to spew hatred at them shows exactly how deep the rot runs inside the bureaucracy.
This is what happens when entitled leftists burrow into powerful institutions. They despise the very country they’re supposed to serve. They sneer at the military, mock law enforcement, and believe rules don’t apply to them.
Bondi’s decision to fire Baxter is a small but important victory for common sense and respect for our troops. One less radical activist is collecting a paycheck from the federal government.
The bigger question remains: How many more Elizabeth Baxters are still working at the DOJ?
