He described the timing of his surveillance as “interesting,” pointing out that it coincided directly with his election challenge. “This is a very legitimate challenge. This is something that both sides of the aisle have done routinely,” he added. “So you don’t know if that was a factor. And I would assume so, because at the time it was such a hostile environment with President Biden when he was in power.”
Hamadeh reminded Americans what that environment looked like: “My God, they were calling MAGA fascists. They were calling us threats to democracy constantly.”
The so-called Quiet Skies program was initially launched in 2010 to enhance airport security by flagging potential high-risk passengers. But under the Biden administration, it reportedly took a sinister turn — morphing into a tool for political surveillance.
Despite costing taxpayers $200 million annually, the program reportedly failed to stop a single terrorist. Instead, it was allegedly used to collect information on conservatives, lawmakers, and even former Democrat-turned-independent Tulsi Gabbard.
In June, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) finally announced that it was terminating the Quiet Skies program, admitting it had been “overly politicized to either benefit or hurt specific people.”
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem didn’t mince words in her response. “It is clear that the Quiet Skies program was used as a political rolodex of the Biden Administration – weaponized against its political foes and exploited to benefit their well-heeled friends,” she said.
Noem demanded “a Congressional investigation to unearth further corruption at the expense of the American people and the undermining of US national security.”
Senator Rand Paul, who spearheaded the investigation exposing this abuse, revealed even more disturbing details — including that federal air marshals surveilled Tulsi Gabbard and “reported back information related to her appearance and even how many electronics she was observed using.”
The revelation that only Republican members of Congress were surveilled raises an obvious question: why?
Hamadeh, a former U.S. Army Reserve intelligence officer with top-secret clearance, said the pattern speaks volumes. “Also, it’s odd that there’s only three Republican members of Congress that were targeted,” he noted. “I mean, I’m assuming there’s Democrats who have a lot of interesting travel here that I serve with as well. I’m sure that there are things that would flag them.”
He continued: “So it makes you question what the Biden administration, who they were focusing on, who they were targeting specifically.”
Taken together, the facts paint a chilling picture: under Biden, federal surveillance programs, banks, and social media companies all seemed to work in lockstep to suppress conservative voices.
This wasn’t coincidence. It was coordination.

Sen. Paul isn’t satisfied with merely shutting down the Quiet Skies program. He wants accountability.
“We must make sure that this program does not come back under another name. Every official who directed or approved surveillance of Americans for protected speech must be removed from office,” Paul said.
For conservatives who long suspected they were being monitored by their own government, Hamadeh’s revelation offers the proof they’ve been waiting for — the smoking gun that exposes a deliberate campaign of political targeting.
