Biden’s Border Chaos DESTROYED This Family

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Authorities arrested Soto earlier this year, and he now faces serious felony charges, including sexual intercourse without consent involving a minor under the age of 16, as well as strangulation charges tied to domestic violence allegations. He remains behind bars in the Flathead County jail under a $200,000 bond while the case proceeds.

The case immediately drew national attention after Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed it had lodged a detainer request against Soto. Federal officials are now asking local authorities to transfer him into ICE custody if he is released from county jail.

The brutal allegations also ignited renewed criticism of the Biden administration’s border agenda, which conservatives have argued created a dangerous system where unvetted migrants were dispersed throughout the country faster than authorities could properly monitor them.

Republican lawmakers have repeatedly warned that the sheer scale of illegal crossings made meaningful background checks nearly impossible, especially involving migrants arriving from countries unwilling or unable to cooperate with U.S. authorities.

Venezuela became one of the most significant sources of illegal migration during the Biden years. Border encounters involving Venezuelan nationals skyrocketed compared to numbers recorded during President Donald Trump’s administration. At the same time, critics argued the administration expanded legal protections and release programs despite limited ability to verify criminal histories from the collapsing socialist regime in Caracas.

Congressional investigators previously reported that hundreds of thousands of criminal aliens were living freely inside the United States while deportation removals dropped dramatically compared to prior years.

Now critics say this Montana tragedy represents exactly the type of preventable disaster they warned about for years.

Acting DHS Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis delivered a blistering statement after ICE announced its detainer request.

“This monster repeatedly raped the child of his dead girlfriend,” Bis said. “He would not be in this country in the first place if it weren’t for the Biden Administration’s disastrous catch and release policies that allowed him into our country.”

The administration’s defenders have long argued that most migrants entering the country are seeking better economic opportunities and that immigration enforcement resources should focus on violent offenders. But opponents say cases like this expose the devastating human cost when dangerous individuals slip through a system overwhelmed by historic levels of illegal immigration.

For one Montana family, the political debate in Washington became horrifyingly personal.

The little girl at the center of the case is now left trying to rebuild her life after investigators say the man entrusted with caring for her instead became her alleged abuser.

Meanwhile, the immigration system that allowed Soto to remain in the United States is once again facing fierce backlash from Americans who believe the nation’s border policies failed one of its most vulnerable victims.
