Alec Baldwin just can’t stay out of the headlines — and this time, it’s not for a Hollywood role or courtroom drama. The controversial actor was involved in yet another incident, this time behind the wheel.
According to TMZ, Alec Baldwin and his brother Stephen Baldwin crashed an SUV into a tree in East Hampton, New York, on Monday. Photos obtained by the outlet show the front end of the luxury Range Rover completely destroyed after the impact.
The Crash in the Hamptons
The accident took place in the upscale Hamptons area, where the Baldwins reportedly slammed their vehicle head-first into a tree. What’s unclear, however, is who was driving at the time of the collision — Alec or Stephen.
“It’s clear from the footage — the entire front end of the SUV is totaled,” TMZ reported. “What’s not clear is who was driving and who owns the Range Rover.”
As of now, East Hampton Police have not released an official statement. Representatives for both Alec and Stephen Baldwin have remained silent.
