The results of District Attorney Fani Willis’s misconduct hearing in Fulton County, Georgia, have just come to light. The release of text texts exchanged between Terrence Bradley and Ashleigh Merchant, Willis’s attorneys, has shown contradictions in her sworn evidence over the date of her affair with Nathan Wade.
When legal expert Phil Holloway revealed the messages on X, he brought attention to a significant discrepancy in Willis’ story. According to the communications, Willis and Wade—both well-known members of the legal community—began dating prior to Willis’s appointment as District Attorney.

This is in stark contrast to Willis’s earlier admission that the romance began in 2022. The writings imply, “It started when she left the DA’s office (as ADA) and was judge in South Fulton,” suggesting a longer time than was previously recognized.
Currently, Willis is leading a significant RICO lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, Michael Roman, and other parties. Roman has submitted a move to have the indictment dismissed, claiming that Willis had a conflict of interest and that she had transferred public funds to her spouse, Nathan Wade.
