The Biden Administration Is Suing Arizona

The rapidly rising number of illegal immigrants entering the country each hour has put Joe Biden’s presidency in doubt, posing a serious threat to American security and sovereignty that has gone virtually unchecked.

For his attempts to defend Arizona against the daily stream of migrants crossing across its southern border by deploying shipping containers as a deterrent, Gov. Ducey is being sued by the Biden Administration. This is despite the state being under increasing pressure, demonstrating that the issue here is still one of security, not politics.

In reaction to President Biden’s lack of action in offering help, Governor Ducey took things into his own hands and built a wall along the Arizona-Mexico border in August. The presidential order was issued as a result of the continuous rejection of pleas for outside assistance.

In reaction to storage containers positioned on federally owned property, Arizona Attorney General Gary Restaino, a Biden appointee, filed a lawsuit against Governor Ducey on Wednesday. The current government has never used such audacious and prompt legal action before.

A lawsuit accusing Governor Ducey of causing long-term environmental deterioration as a result of his efforts to protect Arizona’s border has been filed in response to his efforts.

“The United States brings this action to obtain appropriate relief for Arizona’s unlawful continuing trespasses and invasions of the United States’ paramount sovereign property rights and interests under the U.S. Constitution,” Reads the complaint.

“This action seeks injunctive relief prohibiting Arizona from continuing to trespass on federal lands and violating and infringing on the United States’ constitutional rights and interests; halting ongoing installation and related activities; requiring the removal of previously installed shipping containers and all other associated materials, equipment, and vehicles; and requiring remediation of the environmental harm caused by Arizona’s unlawful actions.”

The lawsuit’s allegations are so ridiculous that they wind up being ironically and wryly funny.

With thousands of foreign immigrants invading our sovereign land without authorization and undermining the rights of property owners countrywide, illegal border crossings into the United States are becoming more and more frequent.

Thousands of travelers travel across a sizable stretch of the Southwest Desert every hour, passing through Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and California. If these hordes are not properly controlled, they might harm this fragile area’s ecosystem.

President Biden’s inaction left Governor Ducey with little choice but to take things into his own hands and build a barrier.

“Arizona is going to do the job that Joe Biden refuses to do — secure the border in any way we can,” Ducey said in October. “We’re not backing down.”

The rate of illegal immigration has increased to previously unheard-of heights since President Biden’s inauguration. To properly handle the surge of people entering the nation, the government must address the many possibilities and difficulties presented by this situation.

His administration’s illogical assertion that shipping containers harm public lands more than the millions of people who use them is absurd and senseless.

Thousands of individuals cross the border every hour, leaving mounds of garbage and human waste mixed with dangerous substances in their wake. More harm is being done to our land by this unrelenting flood than by any inert cargo containers ever could.

Migrants’ irresponsible actions have caused a worrying flood of rubbish into nearby waterways, endangering the ecology.

“The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) estimates that over 2,000 tons of trash are discarded at the Arizona border every year,” The Centers for Immigration Studies published a study in 2018 that included important information regarding immigration in America.

“According to ADEQ, each ton of trash requires landfill fees of $37 to $49, which are footed by Arizona taxpayers … ADEQ further estimates that each border-crosser leaves an average of six to eight pounds of trash behind.

“Included among the specific impacts are watershed degradation, soil erosion, damage to infrastructure, loss of vegetation and wildlife, and escaped campfires,” based on the report.

Rosa Oakes’ 2007 report at New York University is confirmed by a subsequent research from the Center for Information Systems Research (CIS), showing a solid foundation of supporting data. “Desert Trash: Illegal Immigrants’ Impact on the Environment.”

“A long list of items, including abandoned vehicles, can be attributed to illegal immigrant groups traversing the desert,” Oakes wrote.

“Items such as used needles, drug paraphernalia, plastic grocery bags, paper products, empty water containers, blankets, clothing, used disposable diapers, among other things.”

The report added: “The heaps of litter long forgotten by those forging ahead come at a great cost to those who must bear the responsibility of cleaning it up. Sadly, the affects on the environment cannot, so easily, be repaired.”

Did the Joe Biden administration take into account any of the increasing studies on the consequences of illegal immigration on our environment as they proceeded through with challenging Arizona Governor Ducey’s immigration policies? Alarming data suggests that widespread migration may have negative effects on climate change.
