Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon is firing back at conservative investigators James O’Keefe and Cam Higby after the pair went undercover at Minneapolis polling locations to put the state’s controversial voter-vouching rules to the test.
Their experiment was designed around a provision of Minnesota election law that allows a registered voter to verify another person’s residence within the same precinct.
