Democrats’ Desperate Plan Just BLEW UP

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

The Left tried again after the January 6 Capitol breach, rushing through another impeachment just before Joe Biden took office. It was the first time in American history a former president had ever faced a Senate trial — and once again, Trump was acquitted.

The impeachment obsession actually began early. In May 2017, just months into Trump’s presidency, Texas Democrat Rep. Al Green declared,

“I rise today, Mr. Speaker, to call for the impeachment of the President of the United States of America for obstruction of justice.”

Rep. Steve Cohen from Tennessee followed that same year, claiming Trump’s firing of FBI Director James Comey was “obstruction.”

“The time has come to make clear to the American people and to this president that his train of injuries to our Constitution must be brought to an end through impeachment,” Cohen said.

By that point, impeachment threats had become so routine they lost their sting. Democrats turned it into a political toy — and Americans knew it.

Having failed to remove Trump through impeachment, Democrats are now flooding the courts with lawsuits. Their claim? That Trump somehow “overstepped” presidential authority.

According to trackers, Trump’s administration has faced more than 400 lawsuits. Most challenge his executive actions — from cutting back bloated federal bureaucracies and dismantling DEI programs, to protecting girls’ sports and cracking down on illegal immigration.

Article II of the Constitution clearly outlines presidential powers. But Democrats keep repeating their talking points about “gross overreach” and “illegal power grabs.”

Their latest battlefield is Portland, Oregon. When Trump ordered National Guard deployments to protect federal property from Antifa rioters, the Left erupted.

“The Radical Left’s reign of terror in Portland ends now, with President Donald J. Trump mobilizing federal resources to stop Antifa-led hellfire in its tracks,” the White House said in September.

Oregon’s Democrat Governor Tina Kotek responded with outrage,

“What President Trump is trying to do is an abuse of power,” she claimed. “And it is a threat to our democracy.”

She promptly sued to block Trump’s authority.

Soon after, U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut issued a temporary restraining order blocking Trump’s plan to deploy 200 National Guard troops to Portland. She then went even further — expanding the order to stop any National Guard units from any state from entering Oregon.

Immergut claimed Trump “likely exceeded” his authority.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt fired back:

“I think her opinion is untethered in reality and in the law,” Leavitt told reporters. “The president is using his authority as commander in chief, U.S. code 12 406, which clearly states that the president has the right to call up the National Guard in cases where he deems it’s appropriate.”

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals partially rolled back Immergut’s decision, allowing the Oregon National Guard to be deployed again. But some of her restrictions remain in place.

White House spokeswoman Abigail Jackson didn’t hold back either:

“Trump Derangement Syndrome takes on many forms – despite the Democrats’ failure to stop President Trump’s incredibly popular agenda in his first term, they’re trying a new strategy this time and failing again,” Jackson told Fox News Digital.

She pointed out that Trump’s policies have repeatedly been upheld by the Supreme Court despite a flood of legal attacks.

“The president will continue implementing the policy agenda that the American people voted for in November and will continue to be vindicated by higher courts when liberal activist judges attempt to intervene,” Jackson added.

For four years under Biden, Democrat-run cities have crumbled under rising crime and mob violence. Radical prosecutors refuse to enforce the law, Antifa operates with impunity, and police officers have been abandoned.

Now Trump is taking action to restore order — and Democrats are panicking. Instead of standing with law enforcement, they’re relying on activist judges to block Trump from doing his job.

But higher courts keep slapping down these lower court rulings. Impeachment didn’t work. Weaponizing the courts isn’t working either.

Trump’s law-and-order agenda continues to push forward, and the Left’s strategy is blowing up in real time.
