Trump Blocked From Deploying Guard to LA!

Another legal showdown has erupted between President Trump and the activist courts in California. On Tuesday, a federal judge in San Francisco issued an order blocking the Trump administration from deploying National Guard troops to Los Angeles, despite the city still facing the aftermath of violent unrest.

The ruling came from U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer, a Clinton-appointed judge and brother of retired Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. Breyer claimed the Trump administration’s actions violated the Posse Comitatus Act, a law meant to limit the use of the military in domestic law enforcement.

This case has been brewing for months. Back in June, Breyer demanded that Trump hand control of the California National Guard back to Governor Gavin Newsom, a far-left Democrat who has repeatedly clashed with the Trump White House. Newsom insisted that the president’s move trampled on the Tenth Amendment and rushed to court to block it.
