The so-called “Russia collusion” investigation has long been remembered by conservatives as the most brazen political smear campaign in modern U.S. history.
For years, Democrats pushed a story they knew was built on sand — and now, President Trump says he has the smoking gun that could bring one of its key architects, Rep. Adam Schiff, crashing down.
Early Wednesday morning, Trump lit up Truth Social with a direct shot at his longtime nemesis.
“Just out, irrefutable proof that Adam Shifty Schiff ‘APPROVED PLAN TO LEAK CLASSIFIED INFORMATION TO DAMAGE DONALD TRUMP,’” Trump wrote, ensuring the explosive allegation would reach millions before Democrats could mount a defense.
His post came right as newly unsealed FBI files were turned over to Congress — courtesy of FBI Director Kash Patel — detailing the extent of Schiff’s alleged misconduct during the infamous Russia hoax.
