The files reveal testimony from a veteran intelligence official who spent over a decade working for Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee. This insider personally knew both Schiff and former GOP Chairman Devin Nunes — and says they saw Schiff’s illegal actions firsthand.
According to FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just The News, the whistleblower described Schiff’s classified-information leaking operation as “unethical,” “illegal,” and “treasonous.”
The witness recalled an all-staff meeting where Schiff openly directed his team to carry out the plan.
“When working in this capacity, [redacted staffer’s name] was called to an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF,” the documents reveal. “In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP.”
When the whistleblower warned that leaking classified material was against the law, they were told by others in the room that they would never get caught.
Trump didn’t just post about the revelations — his team made sure the story dominated the media cycle.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt slammed Schiff’s alleged conduct, telling reporters, “This is obviously a bombshell whistleblower report. Hopefully more people in this room will cover it as such.”
Kash Patel, who released the documents, made it clear the era of shielding political operatives from accountability is over.
“It was all done with one purpose: to weaponize intelligence and law enforcement for political gain,” Patel stated. “Those abuses eroded public trust in our institutions. The FBI will now lead the charge, with our partners at DOJ, and Congress will have the chance to uncover how political power may have been weaponized and to restore accountability.”
For years, Schiff claimed to have “evidence” of Trump’s guilt, even reading the discredited Steele dossier into the congressional record. Not a single one of those claims held up.
The whistleblower says they informed the FBI about Schiff’s operation multiple times between 2017 and 2023 — but prosecutors under both Obama and Biden refused to act.
Investigative journalist John Solomon told Hannity, “This is the first of several major leak investigations we’re going to see over the next several days… Their own staff turned them in when interviewed by the FBI. Nothing, again, happened. It’s a common pattern. The question now is, in Donald Trump’s Justice Department, does that dynamic change?”
Documents also claim Schiff was promised the job of CIA Director if Hillary Clinton had won in 2016 — giving him a major incentive to destroy Trump at any cost.
The whistleblower was eventually fired after coming forward, proving that protecting the political establishment mattered more to Democrats than protecting classified material.
