But it didn’t stop there. Just days earlier, another left-wing judge launched an attack against our border agents. In a decision that defies logic and endangers countless lives, U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston slapped a major restriction on Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in California. She ruled they cannot stop illegal immigrants unless they first get a warrant or prove the person is a flight risk — an absurd requirement in a chaotic border crisis.
Thanks to investigative journalist Laura Loomer, we now know there’s even more corruption beneath the surface. Loomer exposed that Thurston’s husband, Marc Thurston, is a real estate broker who profits from renting to illegal immigrants. In other words, the judge’s own family is cashing in on the illegal immigration floodgates she’s helping keep open.
It’s no coincidence that Thurston’s ruling only applies to parts of California where her husband’s business operates. Protect the family wallet, and let the American people suffer the consequences.
President Trump didn’t mince words in his response to the latest legal betrayals. He issued a chilling warning about the direction our country is heading if these activist judges aren’t reined in — and soon.
“Can it be so that Judges aren’t allowing the USA to Deport Criminals, including Murderers, out of our Country and back to where they came from?” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “If this is so, our Country, as we know it, is finished!”
Trump continued, painting a grim picture of what’s to come if this madness continues: “Americans will have to get used to a very different, crime filled, LIFE. This is not what our Founders had in mind!!!”

The stakes could not be higher. Every day, more dangerous criminals are given free rein on American soil because of unelected judges with political agendas. While patriots fight to protect our communities, these rogue officials are working overtime to dismantle the rule of law.
It’s long past time for the Supreme Court to step in and restore sanity. The American people never voted for these black-robed tyrants — yet they’re being forced to live with the deadly consequences of their radical rulings.
