President Trump woke up to more judicial sabotage Saturday morning, and it’s no surprise he was furious. Radical-left judges are once again doing everything in their power to gut his America First immigration policies — and unless something changes fast, Trump warns, the country we love may not survive.
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, a federal judge dropped a devastating blow Thursday by permanently blocking the Trump administration from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan gang members back to El Salvador. The message from the courts is clear: Protecting Americans is now “unlawful.”

Shockingly, the ruling came from U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez, a Trump appointee. Rodriguez argued that the Alien Enemies Act can only be used when the U.S. is officially at war or facing armed attack. This legal technicality allowed dangerous criminals to remain in our communities, and Americans are the ones left paying the price.
