Milwaukee Judge Joins Rebellion Against ICE Shielding!

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

Judge Isham, who has been on the bench for less than two years, often touts her historic identity as the “first woman, first Native American, first minority” to serve as a circuit court judge in Sawyer County.

In an email obtained by Wisconsin Right Now, Isham didn’t mince words:
“Enough is enough. I have no intention of allowing anyone to be taken out of my courtroom by ICE and sent to a concentration camp, especially without due process as BOTH of the constitutions we swore to support requires. Should I start raising bail money?”

She didn’t stop there. Isham threatened to shut down her own courtroom if she doesn’t receive guidance from judicial leadership soon.
“If there is no guidance for us and no support for us, I will refuse to hold court in Branch 2 in Sawyer County,” she warned.

The embattled judge also requested urgent discussion at an upcoming district meeting.
“We have a Judicial District 10 meeting on May 9th and I respectfully ask that we be given some guidance by then so we may discuss as a group in District 10,” she wrote.

Making it crystal clear she’s prepared for the fallout, Isham signed off with an astonishing admission:
“If this costs me my job or gets me arrested, then at least I know I did the right thing.”

Instead of condemning this judicial mutiny, other judges are rallying behind Isham.

Milwaukee County Judge Ana Berrios-Schroeder quickly chimed in to offer her full support for Isham’s radical stance. In an email also obtained by Wisconsin Right Now, Judge Berrios-Schroeder thanked Isham for her “brave” actions and even suggested that new policies be crafted to shield illegal immigrants from federal agents inside Wisconsin courthouses.

Just Released: Trump White House Collector’s Bobblehead!

This growing rebellion raises serious questions about the rule of law in Wisconsin. Judges are sworn to uphold the Constitution, not rewrite it based on their personal agendas. Yet, here we see officials within the judiciary openly advocating for the obstruction of federal law enforcement.

ICE agents already operate under strict guidelines. Their job is to remove individuals who have violated U.S. immigration laws — many of whom have committed additional crimes. Now, instead of receiving cooperation from the courts, these agents are facing open hostility from the very judges who are supposed to enforce the law.

By refusing to allow ICE to do its job, judges like Isham and Berrios-Schroeder are undermining the safety and sovereignty of their own communities. And with Dugan already facing criminal charges, it remains to be seen how far this judicial rebellion will spread — and how long the state and federal government will tolerate it.

One thing is clear: the battle over immigration enforcement has officially breached the courtroom doors in Wisconsin.
