Crockett’s statements are nothing new from the radical left, who have spent years peddling baseless accusations against Trump in an attempt to undermine his presidency and now his 2024 campaign.
Fearmongering and Misinformation
The congresswoman also pushed conspiracy theories, suggesting the United States is unsafe under Trump’s leadership and that national security is at risk.
“We are not living in a safe country when we decide that we are going to weaken our national security by getting rid of those that are watching our nuclear stockpile, by giving everything over to a private friend known as Elon Musk,” she falsely claimed.

It’s unclear what exactly she was referring to, but the left has frequently smeared Musk due to his refusal to bow to their censorship demands. The tech billionaire, who restored free speech to Twitter after taking over the platform, has become a prime target of Democrats who prefer to control the narrative.
Crockett also claimed that “we are getting rid of all of the inspector generals and so there’s literally a lack of checks and balances all around us.”
A Pattern of Anti-American Rhetoric
Crockett has a history of making inflammatory and absurd statements. Last month, she openly admitted to rooting against the United States in favor of foreign nations simply because of her hatred for Trump.
During an interview on The Breakfast Club, she cheered for America’s adversaries: “They’ve been the ones to call it out. The fact that I am rooting for Canada and I’m rooting for Mexico a lot is really wild.”
“But they are really the ones that are speaking truth to power right now,” she continued. “They can see what it is, and they were like, we are not messing with this crazy regime from Mar-a-Lago and basically calling them thugs.”
These remarks reveal a disturbing level of disloyalty to the country she supposedly serves. Instead of standing up for American interests, Crockett appears more interested in siding with foreign nations against a former president simply because of her personal animosity.

A Congresswoman Out of Her Depth
Crockett, who was elected to Congress in the 2022 midterms, has become one of the loudest and least coherent voices of the anti-Trump resistance. Her reckless rhetoric and inability to engage in serious policymaking have made her a favorite among the far-left media but a disaster for her constituents.
Rather than offering solutions, she continues to traffic in conspiracy theories, fearmongering, and outright hostility toward her own country. Her latest MSNBC meltdown is just another example of how desperate the left has become in their mission to take down President Trump.
With 2024 approaching, it’s clear that Democrats like Crockett will stop at nothing to push their divisive agenda. But Americans are waking up—and they are not buying the lies anymore.
