The highest court in the nation has once again caved to the radical left, stripping President Trump of his constitutional authority over foreign aid disbursements.
On Wednesday morning, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration must immediately release $1.9 billion in foreign aid payments. This decision upholds a lower court’s order, which required the administration to honor agreements made before Trump took office.

The ruling came in a 5-4 decision, with all three liberal justices backing the lawsuit brought by non-profit organizations demanding their funding be restored. In a shocking twist, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the majority, for reasons that remain unclear.
