WATCH: Bondi DESTROYS Lying Democrat Senator!

Bondi didn’t hesitate for a second — she fired back with a vengeance. The former prosecutor turned the tables and called out Blumenthal for his own history of deception.

“Sen. Blumenthal, I cannot believe that you would accuse me of impropriety when you lied about your military service. You lied — you admitted you lied to be elected a U.S. senator,” Bondi shot back, her voice cutting through the room.

Then she delivered the knockout line. “How dare you? I’m a career prosecutor. Don’t you ever challenge my integrity,” she declared, as Blumenthal sat frozen. “Do not question my ability to be fair and impartial as attorney general, or anything regarding my former firm, Ballard Partners.”

It was a stunning moment that exposed the hypocrisy of a man who has long carried the stain of “stolen valor.”

Blumenthal’s credibility has been questioned for years. During his 2010 Senate campaign, he admitted that he “misspoke” when claiming he had served in Vietnam — a claim that turned out to be completely false. The New York Times later revealed that Blumenthal had, in fact, secured a cushy post in the Marine Reserves that “virtually guaranteed that he would not be sent to Vietnam.”

“On a few occasions, I have misspoken about my service, and I regret that and take full responsibility,” Blumenthal said at the time, calling his repeated lies “absolutely unintentional.”

He even tried to deflect blame, insisting, “Unlike many of my peers, I chose to join the military and serve my country. I will not allow anyone to take a few misplaced words and impugn my record of service.”

But the record speaks for itself. Blumenthal never served in Vietnam. Instead, he spent his years of “service” stationed safely in Washington, D.C., and Connecticut.

Despite being caught red-handed, Blumenthal’s deep-blue home state of Connecticut continued to protect him from accountability. He was comfortably re-elected in 2022, defeating Republican challenger Leora Levy with 57.5% of the vote — proof that Democrat voters are willing to overlook deceit as long as it comes from one of their own.

At 79 years old, Blumenthal represents everything many Americans find wrong with today’s Democratic leadership — entrenched, aging, and increasingly out of touch. Even within his own party, frustration is brewing. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, who is only five years younger, faces whispers of a possible primary challenge from far-left Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez next year — a sign of the widening rift between the party’s old guard and its radical new wave.

Bondi’s fiery exchange didn’t just make headlines — it reminded the public that Democrats like Blumenthal have long escaped the kind of accountability they demand from others. Her takedown struck a nerve with many Americans who are tired of double standards and political theater.

While Blumenthal tried to paint Bondi as ethically compromised, it was his own credibility that went up in flames. In the court of public opinion, Bondi’s no-nonsense defense of her integrity may have done more than just silence a senator — it may have reignited calls for truth and accountability in a party that has long forgotten both.
