A Minneapolis activist who went viral for openly calling for chaos and confrontation has now found herself facing serious federal charges after allegedly attacking immigration officers during a major enforcement operation in Minnesota.
Elizabeth Rose, 42, a self-described “relationship anarchist” known for anti-ICE agitation, was arrested after federal authorities say she deliberately rammed her vehicle into a car occupied by Border Patrol and Customs and Border Protection agents during a January crackdown on illegal immigration in the Twin Cities.
The incident occurred amid “Operation Metro Surge,” a coordinated immigration enforcement effort launched by the Trump administration targeting illegal immigrants in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area.
According to federal court filings, Rose allegedly followed federal agents in her vehicle, blocked their escape route, ignored repeated commands to move, and ultimately reversed her car into another agent-occupied vehicle that had arrived as backup.
