In the video, Rose proudly introduces herself and outlines her worldview and intentions, stating:
“I am 42… I am a relationship anarchist… I am on the lookout for somebody who right now will be able to call and say hey, get in the passenger seat and let’s go f*k some sh-t up,”
The video shows Rose donning Carhartt overalls, a keffiyeh scarf, safety goggles, ear protection, and a gas mask, framing her activism as preparation for confrontation rather than protest.
She claims federal immigration agents were “occupying” Minneapolis and accused ICE of “going door-to-door and kidnapping people from their homes… schools… churches.”
Federal Agents Say Vehicles Boxed Them In
Court documents provide a far more detailed and troubling account of what allegedly happened that afternoon.
According to the federal complaint, agents with Border Patrol and Customs and Border Protection were conducting roving enforcement operations around 2 p.m. when multiple vehicles driven by agitators began tailing them.

As the Alpha Team attempted to evade their pursuers, Rose allegedly stopped her vehicle on a narrow side street, blocking their path.
When agents motioned for her to move, she reportedly ignored them.
Moments later, additional vehicles arrived and boxed in the Alpha Team from both the front and rear, escalating the situation.
When a Bravo Team vehicle arrived to assist and parked behind Rose, agents exited their vehicles and warned her to stop interfering with their operation.
Instead, authorities say Rose shifted her car into reverse and struck the occupied Bravo Team vehicle.
Federal agents report that Rose refused to comply with lawful commands even after the collision.
After continued resistance, officers broke the driver’s side window of her vehicle and took her into custody.
Rose was detained for approximately eight hours before being released.
She now faces federal charges including forcibly assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding, intimidating, and interfering with federal officers while they were performing their official duties.
Social Media Video and Evidence Concerns
Rose later posted video footage of the incident to social media. While the video does not clearly show the moment of impact, it does depict her reversing into the federal vehicle and making contact before stopping.
In a separate TikTok video posted afterward, Rose claimed she and a friend were actively scrubbing her online history, raising questions about potential destruction of evidence.

When contacted by the Minnesota Star Tribune for comment, Rose declined to address the charges directly, responding:
“Unfortunately, I am too busy to comment as I am actively navigating being doxed by the [United States] government.”
Federal prosecutors have not indicated whether additional charges may be forthcoming.
