VIDEO: Judge’s Bombshell Ruling on Fulton DA in Trump RICO Case!

Due to her improper relationship with lead Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may be removed from the Trump RICO case, according to Judge Scott McAfee’s statement on Monday.

The court underlined how important it is to hold the evidence hearing on the alleged misbehavior on Thursday.

“I think it’s clear that disqualification can occur if evidence is produced demonstrating an actual conflict or the appearance of one,” During the Monday hearing, Judge McAfee stated. “The state has admitted a relationship existed. And so what remains to be proven is the existence and extent of any financial benefit, again if there even was one. And so because I think its possible that the facts alleged by the defendant could result in disqualification, I think an evidentiary hearing must occur to establish the record on those core allegations.”

“I think the issues at point here are whether a relationship existed, whether that relationship was romantic or non-romantic in nature, when it formed, and whether it continues. And that’s only relevant because it’s in combination with the question of the existence and extent of any personal benefit conveyed as a result of their relationship,” the judge said.

WATCH:

According to a recent complaint filed by Trump’s RICO co-defendant Michael Roman, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were both subpoenaed to testify at Thursday’s evidentiary hearing earlier this month.

In a new complaint, Fani Willis’s office was charged with “intentionally withholding information” by Ashleigh Merchant, the lawyer for Michael Roman, one of Trump’s conspirators.

This Thursday, February 15, during a televised hearing, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade may be required to give sworn evidence due to the subpoenas. This is in response to a request that Michael Roman filed seeking to have the RICO allegation dismissed and Willis’s eligibility revoked because of her intimate relationship with Wade.

On Monday, Judge McAfee made it clear that he would likely accept the evidence of at least one of the witnesses who had been summoned in Michael Roman’s complaint. However, as the session goes on, he’ll decide whether to invite Fani Willis to testify.

“I don’t see how I can make that determination on the front end without live testimony subject to cross-examination,” Judge McAfee said. “With each one of these witnesses, I would defer the ruling until we get further into the hearing itself.”

“We’re not talking about calling Ms. Willis as the first witness, and we need to get over a few procedural hurdles before we can get there,” the judge added.

ALERT! Major Water Restrictions In Effect!

Furious with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, Trump’s RICO co-defendant Michael Roman filed a blistering supplementary reply accusing her of lying to the court over her involvement with the top Trump prosecutor she selected.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fani Willis’s relationship with Nathan Wade “financially benefited” her.

On behalf of defendant Michael Roman, a former Trump campaign staffer who is accused of seven counts in Fani Willis’ RICO case, a petition was filed in the Fulton County Superior Court.

According to the petition, Nathan Wade, the special prosecutor tasked with investigating Trump, used money from Fulton County to pay for Fani Willis’s opulent trips to the Napa Valley and the Caribbean.

“County records show that Wade, who has played a prominent role in the election interference case, has been paid nearly $654,000 in legal fees since January 2022. The DA authorizes his compensation.” As reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
