Victor Davis Hanson: “Here’s Epstein’s Dirty Secret!”

>> Continued From the Previous Page <<

“What he did is he invited very powerful people to his island or his New York home, filmed them, and then he bribed them, and he shook them down and said, I’m going to be your quote-unquote financial advisor, and in exchange for that, I’m not going to release all that stuff,” Hanson explained.

Hanson’s comments expose a horrifying possibility: that Epstein’s “advisory services” were nothing more than a front for an elaborate scheme designed to blackmail the rich and influential into silence and obedience.

“There were much better financial gurus, but he got a half a billion dollars somehow from people who were mainstream establishmentarians on the basis that he was going to blackmail them,” Hanson revealed.

The notion that Epstein somehow amassed a half-billion-dollar fortune despite having zero proven financial acumen has long puzzled observers. But Hanson’s analysis suggests those dollars were effectively hush money—protection payments from terrified elites who feared scandal and ruin.

Hanson also shared an explosive account of what went on behind the scenes when the Trump administration contemplated making Epstein’s client list public. According to Hanson, what started as a plan to expose the truth quickly turned into a political firestorm.

“I think the Trump administration thought, well, we’re going to release this, and there’s some crazy people that we don’t care about are going to be embarrassed, and then all of a sudden they got a lot of calls,” Hanson said.

Those calls, as Hanson described them, weren’t polite conversations—they were frantic efforts to block the release of information that could demolish reputations and careers.

“They said, why are you doing this? I didn’t do this. I went down to the island once. I was on a plane. I didn’t touch anybody, and now you’re going to release my name, and I’ll be guilt by it,” Hanson explained.

It appears many high-profile figures—some of whom may not have been directly involved in Epstein’s horrific sex trafficking—still panicked at the thought of public exposure. Even the faintest association with Epstein, Hanson suggests, was enough to spark terror.

“There’s a lot of people who are very powerful that were giving him money or were trafficking with him, not necessarily all of them engaging in what he was doing, but just the association with him,” Hanson said.

Hanson believes these individuals are actively working to keep their names off any public list, applying pressure on those who hold the secrets.

“I think they’re putting pressure on people. I really do,” Hanson said.

That revelation lays bare the enormous stakes behind Epstein’s secret files. For the American people, the question remains: Who was paying Epstein, and why? And perhaps more importantly, what kind of leverage did he hold over some of the world’s most powerful people?

Hanson’s insights fuel growing suspicions that Epstein’s true legacy isn’t just about sordid crimes—but about the hidden web of compromise and corruption still protecting a privileged few.

As calls mount for full transparency, one thing is clear: the American public deserves the truth, no matter how many powerful figures want it buried.
