A stunning international incident is now sending shockwaves through conservative circles after media personality Tucker Carlson was briefly detained by Israeli authorities following an overseas interview.

Carlson had traveled to Tel Aviv to sit down with U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee. The focus of the discussion was reportedly the treatment of Christians in the region. What was supposed to be a straightforward journalistic exchange instead escalated into a diplomatic controversy that is now fueling debate in Washington.
Passport Seized, Staff Questioned
According to Carlson, the situation unfolded immediately after filming concluded. Israeli airport security officials approached his team.
“Men who identified themselves as airport security took our passports, hauled our executive producer into a side room and then demanded to know what we spoke to Ambassador Huckabee about,” Carlson told the Daily Mail.
Carlson described the encounter as highly unusual and unsettling.
“It was bizarre,” he said. “We’re now out of the country.”
