Recent videos of former broadcaster Tucker Carlson that have surfaced online have outraged Fox News. They are furious with individuals who have disseminated the video without authorization, not with Carlson himself.
The renowned news organization is venting its wrath toward Media Matters for America, a media watchdog group with a liberal leaning, as it finds itself in an unanticipatedly vulnerable position.
With “FOXLEAKS” recordings showing Carlson’s contentious moments while working for Fox News, Media Matters has risen to the task of exposing his background. It is now up to viewers and followers on social media to choose their course of action.
Carlson has avoided harm despite a failed smear campaign. These recordings haven’t damaged the TV host’s reputation; on the contrary, they have simply enhanced it.
Carlson has won over viewers’ hearts with his videos by portraying himself as genuine and personable.
To stop any potential attempts at leaking sensitive information, Fox News acted quickly.
A highly anticipated legal letter from Fox to MMFA telling them not to disclose any further tapes was made public on Friday by reporter Max Tani.
“We write on behalf of FOX Corporation to clarify any misunderstandings Media Matters may have had regarding previously unaired footage that Media Matters has published in a series of articles headlined ‘FOXLEAKS,’” the CEO and president of the MMFA, Angelo Carusone, is specifically mentioned in the cease-and-desist letter.
When criticizing Fox Nation’s website, Tucker Carlson doesn’t mince words. View the video below to witness his unvarnished opinion for yourself.

“That unaired material is FOX’s secret intellectual property; FOX did not authorize its release or publication, and FOX does not authorize any additional release or publication. You received this confidential information without FOX’s consent, the letter claims. “FOX requests that Media Matters stop sharing, publishing, and making inappropriate use of Fox’s misappropriated property film, which you are now aware was taken illegally, according to FOX.
“We reserve all rights and remedies.”
The contract was officially signed by Christopher Chiou, representing the renowned legal team Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
Following the release of the cease-and-desist letter, social media users did not waste any time criticizing Fox News.
Many viewers joyously pointed out that Fox News’ attempts to bury the FOXLEAKS disclosures were motivated by a desire to preserve Carlson’s reputation, which was received with humorous sarcasm.
Megyn Kelly recently offered her former employers at Fox News a provocative suggestion: guaranteeing internal security by avoiding the leak of sensitive information. A creative strategy that might be advantageous for any firm.
“Pro tip: you might want to look inside the org to stop the allegedly horrifying leaks before threatening those who are publishing them,” Kelly tweeted.
Kelly stood firm in her assertion that the disgusting slander campaign against Carlson was started by Fox News.
“Oh and also you don’t mind the leaks you are clearly behind them. K bye!” Kelly tweeted.
Carlson has remained mysteriously silent since his unexpected exit from Fox News. It’s widely believed that he may be trying to negotiate a settlement so that he can moderate the forthcoming Republican presidential debate as an independent host.
