For years, Tucker Carlson was viewed by many conservatives as one of Trump’s most influential media allies. He defended Trump repeatedly, challenged the political establishment, and helped energize grassroots voters. That is why the interview stunned many longtime supporters.

Reports recently surfaced that Tucker’s son, Buckley Carlson — who had reportedly joined the Trump White House in January 2025 as Deputy Press Secretary to Vice President JD Vance — is no longer serving in the administration.
