Habba suggested that Biden’s mass pardons, including the one for his own son, Hunter Biden, raise serious red flags. Biden granted 4,245 acts of clemency, covering individuals such as Hunter, who was caught on video committing crimes and remains under scrutiny for his corrupt dealings in China, Ukraine, and elsewhere.
As reported by The Gateway Pundit, Biden’s autopen was used to pardon at least six criminals on December 30, 2022, while he was vacationing in St. Croix. The real question: Who actually pardoned Liz Cheney?
“Those people need to be held accountable. That’s how you deter them from the future,” Habba stated during an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime. “I can assure you that Kash and Pam will make sure of that.”
During the interview, Habba took aim at corrupt political elites enriching themselves through taxpayer dollars. “The only people that should be losing sleep right now are the Democrat Party. It’s the Nancy Pelosis who we’re looking at, it’s the Liz Cheneys, it’s, you know, Pocahontas. We’re looking at all that stuff, and we’re going to find out why you’re so rich on government money,” she declared.
She questioned whether Americans would prefer to take economic advice from Joe Biden, who “evidently signed everything with an auto signature,” or a self-made billionaire like Donald Trump, who built an empire and could run the country like a successful business.
Watters pointed out that government funds always seem to land in the hands of Democrats who happen to know the officials distributing the money. “This has to be looked into,” he said. “Is the Department of Justice looking into this very severely?”
Habba didn’t hesitate. “I’m not going to speak for Pam Bondi, but I’ll tell you this: I am part of the administration. Pam Bondi is amazing. I saw Kash [Patel] and Pam today for a swearing-in ceremony. These people work tirelessly. There is so much information we are uncovering, and they are working around the clock to bring justice to those who have stolen from the American people.”
She detailed how fraudsters used NGOs as fronts for their corruption, siphoning funds into obscure projects like “operas in Colombia” and “condoms to Gaza.”

When asked about Biden’s pardons, Habba cast further doubt on their legitimacy. “Listen, by the way, I wonder if those were auto-signed as well, because I would challenge the validity of it. You never know. The guy didn’t even know what he was doing,” she said.
Biden’s deep ties to the very people under scrutiny continue to raise serious concerns. With new revelations surfacing daily, all eyes are on Bondi and Patel as they work to hold these elites accountable for what appears to be one of the largest fraud scandals in modern history.
