Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is demanding answers. Last week, he called on the Justice Department to investigate whether unelected White House staffers exploited Joe Biden’s cognitive decline to push radical policies without his awareness.
“I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey stated.

Bailey’s concerns center around the possibility that Biden’s mental state was used as cover for far-left policies enacted without his direct consent. If true, he argues, those actions are legally invalid.
