One year after President Donald Trump ordered a major federal law-enforcement operation into Memphis, the numbers coming out of the Tennessee city are drawing national attention.
The Memphis Safe Task Force has now recorded more than 12,000 arrests and the seizure of more than 2,100 illegal firearms during its first year, according to figures provided by the Trump administration and reported by Fox News Digital.
At the same time, Memphis is recording substantial declines across several categories of serious crime.
