President Donald Trump is once again raising the alarm, warning that America is at serious risk if activist judges continue to stand in the way of enforcing immigration laws and protecting the homeland from violent criminals.
Following a controversial court ruling that blocked his administration’s attempt to use the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to deport gang-affiliated illegal aliens, Trump took to Truth Social with a message that couldn’t be clearer—or more urgent.

“Can it be so that Judges aren’t allowing the USA to Deport Criminals, including Murderers, out of our Country and back to where they came from?” Trump wrote.
“If this is so, our Country, as we know it, is finished! Americans will have to get used to a very different, crime filled, LIFE,” he continued. “This is not what our Founders had in mind!!!”
The ruling in question came from U.S. District Judge Fernando Rodriguez Jr.—a Trump appointee—who determined that the Alien Enemies Act, a centuries-old law, does not allow the deportation of suspected foreign gang members unless they are part of an “organized, armed force” entering the U.S. directly.
