Trump vs. Clinton Judge: Unprecedented Court Showdown!

On Wednesday, President Trump appeared in court as E. Jean Carroll went on trial to establish the financial ramifications of Trump’s claimed defamatory statements against her.

Following E. Jean Carroll’s accusations of rape, President Trump has been found legally liable for defaming her, according to Judge Lewis Kaplan, who was nominated by President Clinton.

May 2022: A Manhattan jury returns a verdict in the rape/defamation case of E. Jean Carroll.

In 2019, E. Jean Carroll came out with a surprising revelation: she claimed that Donald Trump had raped her in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman in the 1990s.

Trump has refuted the claims and referred to E. Jean Carroll as a “whack job” who’s “not my type.”

A jury found in 2022 that Trump had harassed and slandered Carroll sexually. He was thus mandated to pay $5 million in damages. It’s crucial to remember that Trump is presently contesting this ruling.

During a CNN town hall in May 2022, President Trump delivered a harsh critique of E. Jean Carroll.

“What kind of a woman meets somebody and brings them up and within minutes you’re playing hanky-panky in a dressing room?” Trump stated, calling the charge a “made-up story” and “fake.”

E. Jean Carroll doesn’t want to stop addressing Trump, and Judge Lewis Kaplan agrees with her attorneys that Trump must answer for his remarks.

Carroll’s defamation lawsuit is still pending in a Manhattan court, with Carroll seeking at least $10 million in damages.

When Judge Kaplan gives Trump a severe warning to leave the courtroom, he retaliates without hesitation.

After receiving a warning from Judge Kaplan that he will be kicked out of the court for being “disruptive,” Trump said, “I would love it.”

According to CNN, the exchange went like this:

In response to a complaint by the attorney representing E. Jean Carroll, former president Donald Trump received a warning from Judge Lewis Kaplan that he may be expelled from the courtroom for disruptive behavior. Trump is said to have made remarks during his testimony.

Trump was heard remarking, saying things like “It really is a con job” and “It is a witch hunt,” according to Carroll lawyer Shawn Crowley.

Kaplan answered, “Mr. Trump has the right to be present here. That right can be forfeited and it can be forfeited if he is disruptive, which what has been reported to me consists of. And if he disregards court orders, Mr. Trump, I hope I don’t have to consider excluding you from the trial.”

Trump answered by lifting his palms in the air.

“I understand you’re probably eager for me to do that,” Kaplan said.

Trump was heard by reporters in the courtroom saying, “I would love it.”

“I know you would,” Kaplan said. “You just can’t control yourself in this circumstance apparently.”

  1. The whole witch hunt is despicable. Carroll and her counsel didn’t show any evidence to prove her accusations. I am appalled that the jury found him guilty of harassing and slandering Carroll sexually. She accused him of rape and when the jury did not convict him of rape he countersued and the judge threw his case out. So unfair. So blatantly biased. So Democrat. She slandered and defamed him. I don’t believe a word that woman says.

  2. Lie detector results have become SOOOOOooooo reliable, that in these “no evidence” cases, and are “she said, he said” if the cases are to continue in court, both parties should submit to lie detector tests, AND THE RESULTS SHOULD BE MADE PUBLIC TO THE JURY! If that was the case there would be no rape, no slander no nothing! And, TRUTH is the best defense for a lie! Carroll is a liar from the start! The judge wanted Trump to prove he was innocent, instead them proving he was guilty!
