In another pointed message, Trump blasted Harvard for becoming a breeding ground for extremist ideology rather than academic excellence.
“Harvard has been hiring almost all woke, Radical Left, idiots and ‘birdbrains’ who are only capable of teaching FAILURE to students and so-called ‘future leaders,’” Trump declared.
He didn’t stop there.
“Look just to the recent past at their plagiarizing President, who so greatly embarrassed Harvard before the United States Congress. Many others, like these Leftist dopes, are teaching at Harvard, and because of that, Harvard can no longer be considered even a decent place of learning, and should not be considered on any list of the World’s Great Universities or Colleges,” he continued.
With the stroke of a pen, Trump authorized the freezing of $2.2 billion in federal funding to the Ivy League giant.
“Harvard is a JOKE, teaches Hate and Stupidity, and should no longer receive Federal Funds,” he wrote.

Education Secretary Linda McMahon confirmed the administration’s decision to halt federal aid, backing Trump’s stance with a damning assessment of Harvard’s recent conduct.
“Harvard has served as a symbol of the American Dream for generations — the pinnacle aspiration for students all over the world to work hard and earn admission to the storied institution,” McMahon said. “Harvard’s failure to protect students on campus from anti-Semitic discrimination — all while promoting divisive ideologies over free inquiry — has put its reputation in serious jeopardy.”
If Trump follows through on stripping Harvard’s tax-exempt status, the financial fallout would be massive. The university, which holds a jaw-dropping $53 billion endowment and pulls in $6.5 billion in annual revenue, could see millions in new taxes — on everything from donations to operational surpluses.

Public outrage exploded after the October 7 terrorist attacks by Hamas, when pro-Hamas agitators at Harvard and other schools harassed Jewish students and staged unlawful campus takeovers. University officials — quick to punish conservative speech in the past — stood by and did nothing.
