One year after the horrific train crash and toxic spill, President Joe Biden made the decision to travel to East Palestine, Ohio.
It’s possible that elites and Democrats purposefully stayed out of the fray in an effort to lower the president’s support numbers. This tactic might bolster the case for unseat him in favor of a candidate who is seen as a puppet, like former first lady Michelle Obama.

They are not beyond it. According to Fox News on Wednesday, the planned visit will simply serve to confirm Biden’s perceived lack of urgency and disdain for Americans living in the heartland.
They will unavoidably compare his tardy arrival to that of previous President Donald J. Trump, who paid a visit in the weeks after the February 3, 2023, catastrophe.
On February 22, Trump showed up with words of compassion, assurances, and necessities. Sen. J.D. Vance, a Republican, was at his side.
As Fox reports, Trump said, “You are not forgotten. We stand with you. We pray for you. And we will stand with you and your fight to help ensure the accountability that you deserve.”
“The community has shown the tough and resilient heart of America,” Trump added. “And that’s what it is. This is really America right here. We’re standing in America.”
Biden seemed uninterested, whereas Trump demonstrated presidential leadership. It wasn’t until Trump’s visit brought attention to the administration’s first poor response that Biden dispatched Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
It is unlikely that Biden would gain any support or votes from his justification that he did not have enough time in his schedule to visit East Palestine.
Locals could be more likely to show contempt than to give him a warm welcome. This makes me think that this visit is more involved than it first appears.

Trump stated on Truth Social on Wednesday that he thinks Biden is trying to pull himself out of a hole. He also issued a warning, saying that Biden might not be happy with what he finds in East Palestine.
“With the World blowing up around us, with the Middle East on FIRE, Biden has finally decided to visit East Palestine, Ohio, a year late, and only to develop some political credibility because EVERYTHING else he has done has been such a DISASTER,” Trump wrote.
“I know those great people, I was there when it counted, and his reception won’t be a warm one. Worst President in History!”
It is commonly acknowledged that Biden is lying when he says he didn’t have enough time to get to East Palestine.
The president took three weeks off in total in the two months after the train catastrophe, according to the Biden Vacation Tracker. He’s been on vacation for forty percent of his time at the office.
When asked by Fox when he believed Biden should make his appearance, Mayor Trent Conaway of East Palestine responded, “The best time for him to come would be February of 2025 when he is on his book tour.”
Conaway added, “The President is always welcome to our town. … That being said, I don’t know what he would do here now.” The same question is on everyone’s mind.
Biden’s operatives are aware that this visit is a token one that will probably backfire by serving as a reminder to heartland Americans of his absence when they most needed him.
Why is Biden’s group allowing him to follow through on it?
I feel like something is wrong in East Palestine, and it’s not just the harmful substances. I suggest that Trump and his campaign look into this more since there may be valuable information to be found.
