The tide is turning in Washington, and this time, it’s not in the direction the Deep State was hoping for.
After nearly a decade of relentless attacks, politically-motivated investigations, and media smears, former President Donald Trump is finally seeing long-awaited justice. Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey—two central players in the now-debunked Russia collusion narrative—are officially under criminal investigation by the Department of Justice. And Trump isn’t holding back his thoughts.
President Trump, during a recent White House event with African leaders, didn’t sugarcoat his reaction when asked about the DOJ’s probe into Brennan and Comey.
“I think they’re very dishonest people,” Trump said. “I think they’re crooked as hell.”
He added, “Maybe they have to pay a price for that… I believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people. So whatever happens, happens.”
These strong words came right after Fox News Digital reported that both Brennan and Comey are targets of a federal investigation into their conduct during the 2016-2017 Russia probe.
