Speaking at the AI+ Expo in Washington, General Caine painted a picture that should wake up every freedom-loving American. Gone are the days of fighting one adversary at a time. Now, hostile regimes are banding together, sharing weapons technology, cyber intelligence, and advanced military tactics — all with one target in mind: the United States.
“Our adversaries are working together, sharing technologies and intelligence at unprecedented levels — decreasing the time required for them to field advanced technologies,” warned Caine.
