Former Trump administration officials have recently come out to claim that there was never a “secret plan” to strike Iran, as claimed by Trump in the summer of 2021.

Smith’s team recently admitted to a federal judge that they had misspoke when they asserted that they had complied with the law by providing the required evidence in Trump’s case involving the secret papers.

Authorities learned that the footage presented as evidence was “had not been processed and uploaded to the platform established for the defense to view” Smith’s team said in a document that they were preparing to prosecute Carlos De Oliveira, the property manager at Mar-a-Lago, for allegedly colluding with Trump to erase surveillance footage from the estate.

“The Government’s representation at the July 18 hearing that all surveillance footage the Government had obtained pre-indictment had been produced was therefore incorrect,” added the prosecutors.

Smith’s team verified that defendants now have access to all of the government’s CCTV video. The Brady rule requires prosecutors to disclose any information or evidence that is favorable to the defendant.
